HIMS Neuropsychologist
Dr. Merilson is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist specializing in clinical and aerospace neuropsychological evaluations. She has been in clinical practice for 21 years as owner of Volusia Neuropsychology & Behavioral Health. Her professional training and practice has focused on neuropsychological services for adults and adolescents with conditions including ADHD, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and dementia.
Dr. Merilson possesses a significant passion for aviation, having accumulated nearly 100 flight hours. She considers flying in Florida to be an immensely rewarding activity outside of her professional practice in aerospace neuropsychology. As a dedicated aviator herself, Dr. Merilson demonstrates empathy towards fellow airmen who have invested considerable time, financial resources, and effort to obtain their flight credentials.
